Prof. Mukund Vyas

Dr Mukund Vyas is a faculty member in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management Area at IIM Nagpur. He holds Ph.D. in Organisational Psychology from the University of Mumbai. Prior to joining IIMN, Dr Vyas was associated with Tata Motors Limited as Head – Executive Management Development & Talent Development from May 2016. He was also associated with Larsen & Toubro Limited as Head – Corporate L & D & Head of Leadership Development Academy for a year. Dr Vyas started his corporate career in 1996 with Siemens where he worked for 20 years including 6 years heading global position in Talent Management with Siemens AG, based out of HQ in Germany. Over 26 years of experience, Dr. Vyas has worked in the area of Leadership Development, Organisational culture, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Performance Management.

Prof. Sujeet Kumar Sharma

Dr. Sujeet K. Sharma is a Professor in the 'Decision Science & Information Systems' area at IIM Nagpur, with over 23 years of teaching experience across India, Oman, and Bahrain. His research spans Blockchain, AI, Social Media, and IT for Disaster Management, resulting in 40 international journal publications with a significant citation impact. Dr. Sharma has held key academic positions, including Director of the MBA program at Sultan Qaboos University, Muscat, and Chairperson of the Doctoral Programme at IIM Tiruchirappalli. He is actively involved in editorial roles for various prestigious journals and has collaborated with the Government of Tamil Nadu on IT solutions for public services.

What is the attendance criteria?

Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course. Participants may take leave on account of emergencies, subject to the approval of the Programme Coordinator. However, a 75% minimum attendance requirement would be considered for the final grading.
